Doherty, Wallace, Pillsbury & Murphy, PC is seeking attorneys with 3-10 years experience in the following areas:
business and corporate, including general corporate work, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate;
trusts and estates and probate, including sophisticated estate planning and probate litigation; and
general litigation, including complex commercial litigation.
Qualified candidates should be licensed to practice in Massachusetts, have a track record of quality legal representation, strong work ethic, excellent academic credentials, and good interpersonal skills.
